If you only have one farm, then why four apps, each with their own login, data repeated, and they don’t talk to one another!

Most farm software comes one subscription at a time. One product for the stock, another for the cropping, a third for the water, a spreadsheet to join them up. Each arrives in a shape somebody else decided on, years ago, without knowing your place. You type the same spray into two of them. The map in one doesn’t know what the other one did last week. And the day you do something they didn’t think of, you’re stuck waiting on them.

But most farm work has the same bones underneath. You plan a job, put someone and a machine on it, do it in a paddock, write down what happened, and prove it later. What changes between farms is the detail. So with AIffi it’s all in one place. Livestock, pasture, crops, water and machinery, one map they all sit on, one set of records everything reads from. No engineer, no upgrade, no support ticket.

It bends to fit your place

AIffi installs with the data structure most farms need. There’ll be things you don’t want to see, and things that are missing. Easy to hide or add, no problem. Then there’s the thing nobody thought of: the hives down the back, and the family selling honey at the front gate. How much came off, how many jars are left, which label went on the batch, what sold.

You set that up yourself, in AIffi. From then on it behaves like everything else — it lists, it searches, it goes on the map, and it turns up in reports. No engineer, no upgrade, and no waiting for us to think it’s worth building.

Ask it, instead of hunting for it

One map

One map. It can’t fall behind.

Most farm maps are a drawing you keep up to date on the side. You put a new fence through the River paddock and it’s wrong in three places at once. Two paddocks share a fence, the software stores it twice, and when one is corrected the other drifts.

In AIffi the map isn’t kept up to date. It is the records. Split the River paddock in two and you do it once: both halves are paddocks from that moment, and the stock, the cropping and the irrigation all read the same ones. Where a mob is comes from its last movement, not from a field somebody has to remember. Draw a grazing lane and it’s on the map. Pick the photo that shows the broken fence and the job sits where the photo was taken.

A fence between two paddocks is one line of posts: move one and both boundaries change in the same save, and the neighbour is flagged so its hectares are recalculated rather than quietly drifting. Hectares come from the boundary you drew, so rates are worked out against real numbers. Colour the paddocks by what’s standing in them, or by the feed in each from its last reading. AIffi is not another livestock app. It is farm software you shape around your own place — and the big products can’t simply copy that, because in theirs, nothing about your farm was ever yours to decide.

Where we actually are

Pre-launch, and honest about it.

AIffi runs a real farm in production today. It is also early — no native app yet, billing not switched on, Australia only for now. We publish that list rather than let you discover it in a demo.

We’re looking for a small number of founding design partners: operations willing to shape the platform while it is still soft enough to be shaped. If that reads like an opportunity rather than a risk, we should talk.
