Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through the App Store. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Your data stays safe on your device and the app continues to work locally. Cloud sync pauses until you resubscribe. After a 7-day grace period, we'll email you a full data export before removing server data after 30 days.
No. Your Pro subscription covers all team members invited to your enterprise. They just need to download the app and accept your invite.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using Firebase's secure infrastructure. We never sell or share your farm data with third parties.
Yes. The app works fully offline including GPS field guidance, task management, and data entry. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
Alffi credits power our AI capabilities: crop assessment, product label scanning, livestock counting, liveweight estimation, and stock valuation. Each analysis costs 1 credit. Credits are a one-time purchase, never expire, and are available with a Pro subscription.
Only when you choose to assign a task to someone from your contacts. We use Apple's system contact picker so only the contact you select is accessed. Your address book is never read or uploaded.
