These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alffi mobile application (“the App”) and related services provided by Farmers Friend App Pty Ltd (ABN 54 694 823 786) (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App is available under two subscription tiers:
Alffi™ analysis features require credits, available as a separate in-app purchase (50 credits for $10 AUD). Credits are consumable, do not expire, and are shared across all members of your enterprise. A Pro subscription is required to use Alffi credits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings under Subscriptions.
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
To use cloud sync and team features, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, or email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you create an enterprise and invite team members, you are the enterprise owner. You are responsible for managing team access and ensuring that all members comply with these Terms. Team members access the service under your Pro subscription and do not require their own subscription.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@alffi.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to farm and agricultural management. You must not:
You retain full ownership of all farm data, photos, and content you create or upload through the App. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data.
All data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is also stored on our cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase) to enable multi-device access. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
If you cancel your subscription:
If you re-subscribe before server deletion, your cloud data is preserved and sync resumes.
Alffi analysis results are estimates only and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Alffi uses artificial intelligence to analyse photos and data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. Specifically:
You acknowledge that you use Alffi results at your own risk and that we are not liable for any decisions made based on Alffi analysis.
The App uses GPS for field operation guidance, coverage tracking, and property mapping. GPS accuracy depends on your device hardware, satellite availability, and environmental conditions. We do not guarantee GPS accuracy and are not liable for any consequences arising from GPS inaccuracies, including but not limited to off-target application of agricultural products.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and Alffi™ branding, is the intellectual property of Farmers Friend App Pty Ltd. All rights are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.
If you provide suggestions, feature requests, or other feedback about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that feedback to improve the App without any obligation to you.
The App integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and the Anthropic Claude API. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Farmers Friend App Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through app updates and noted with a revised effective date on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
